Job Description
Location: Ghatkopar / Vidyavihar (Mumbai)
We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team at Shah TC in the Pharma API sector. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a back-office or sales support role, preferably in a pharmaceutical trading environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients for documentation and order updates
- Support the sales team with quotations, COAs, and follow-ups
- Maintain records and CRM updates
- Manage email communication and internal coordination
