Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, managing the reception area, and ensuring it remains tidy and presentable. You will answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Other duties include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, sorting mail, and handling basic office tasks like photocopying. You will direct visitors to the appropriate departments and provide an excellent customer service experience to all.
