Job Description
The Academic Admin Assistant supports academic operations by typing, formatting and proofreading textbooks, question papers, circulars and reports; maintaining physical and digital academic records; coordinating with teachers and administration for document updates; preparing attendance, schedules and exam documentation; and handling filing, data entry and routine correspondence. Required: any degree or higher secondary, proven typing speed and accuracy, MS Word and Excel proficiency, basic editing/proofreading, and strong organizational and communication skills. Full-time, permanent, entry-level role. Pay: ₹10,00–₹20,00/month. Benefits: cell phone and internet reimbursement. Work location: in person. Expected start date: 02/01/2026.
