Job Description
Seven Seas Hotel is seeking a Junior Controller in the Food & Beverage department. This role involves monitoring and controlling F&B costs, supporting cost analysis, managing stock control, and ensuring compliance with company policies for accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in F&B cost monitoring and budget adherence.
- Prepare F&B cost reports.
- Conduct inventory checks.
- Verify requisitions and consumption records.
- Assist in costing menus and recipes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounts/Hotel Management.
- 0-2 years of experience in F&B control.
- Freshers with internship experience are welcome.
