Key Responsibilities:
- Address inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Share feedback to enhance products
- Make outbound calls to promote collections
- Handle inbound leads and close sales
- Provide post-sales support
- Manage orders on Shopify
Requirements:
- 2+ years in customer care (E-commerce preferred)
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Excellent communication skills
