Job Description
We are seeking a Male or Female Smart and Professional Front Office Executive to greet and address client needs at Serene Life Hospital, a specialty hospital.
Responsibilities
Your duties will include attending to clients, managing billing, maintaining records of visiting personnel, handling phone calls with basic etiquette, and scheduling follow-up visits. Reporting to authorities and overseeing overall hospital maintenance are also essential tasks.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of two years’ experience in a hospital setting are required. Effective communication, multitasking, and computer skills (MS Office, Photoshop) are essential.
