Job Description
We are excited to announce that SERAH TRAVEL & TOURS LLC is hiring a Ticketing Trainee. As a trainee, you will manage ticket sales and provide exceptional customer service to event-goers or travelers. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting ticket sales via various channels.
- Monitoring ticket inventory levels and ensuring timely orders.
- Operating Amadeus (GDS) ticketing software for transactions.
- Assisting customers with hotel reservations and ticket distribution.
- Addressing customer inquiries and providing event information.
Job Type: Full-time (Fresher) – Salary starts from ₹8,00.00/month. Flexible scheduling options available.
Expected Start Date: 25/06/2025. Work location: In person.
