Job Description
We are hiring a Telecaller Executive to join the SERAH TRAVEL & TOURS LLC team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of telecalling or customer service experience, preferably in the travel and tours sector.
Your responsibilities include making outbound calls, explaining travel packages, handling customer queries, and following up with leads to ensure conversions. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and a local language are essential, along with basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.). We seek a target-driven and self-motivated individual.

Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
