Job Description
We are excited to announce that Seneca Global is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering real-time assistance via live chat. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product guidance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This position is full-time and permanent, ideal for freshers. The salary ranges from ₹19,010.61 to ₹33,867.04 per month. We offer flexibility with schedules, including day, morning, and night shifts. Please note that this is an in-person role.
