Job Description

• Oversee daily hub operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Manage all aspects of the delivery hub, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery executives and logistics executives to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.
• Ensure that delivery vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
• Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available to fulfill orders
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and submit reports on hub performance, including delivery metrics and inventory levels, to management.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.
• Manage stock movement records
