Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Email Support Executive to join our team at Scymes Services Pvt Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing customer requests and booking confirmations via email.
- Handling inbound calls and effective communication.
- Assisting guests with special requests and arrangements.
- Coordinating with booking channel agents regarding reservations.
- Responding to inquiries from hosts and guests.
This is a full-time position for freshers, with a salary range of ₹14,00 – ₹17,00 per month.
