Responsibilities:
- Source & recruit F-1 OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, and H1B candidates.
- Build relationships with universities & student organizations.
- Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to find talent.
- Screen candidates and assist with resume & interview preparation.
Requirements: 0.5-3 years in OPT recruitment preferred.
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹60,00.00 per month
Schedule: Fixed shift, Monday to Friday (US shift)
