Job Description
The SCOPE Foundation is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Student Social Worker. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the Education sector, focusing on child counseling and psychology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct meetings with college and school principals.
- Maintain relationships with existing colleges.
- Develop college-level core teams and drive college-specific programs/events.
Requirements:
- A degree in any field.
- Fluency in English and Tamil.
- Willingness to travel (70% fieldwork).
Pay: Up to ₹16,00/month with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and health insurance.
