Job Description:
The Tender Assistant will be responsible for searching for tenders published in newspapers or uploaded online. The role includes completing tendering procedures within the specified timeline, whether for e-tenders or physical tenders. Proper documentation of tenders as per requirements is essential. Additionally, maintaining a Management Information System (MIS) for weekly management reviews is required.
