Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle at ScatterPie Analytics. In this role, you will collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs, develop job postings, and manage candidates throughout the interview process. You will also maintain a comprehensive database of candidate records.
Requirements include 2-4 years in recruitment or HR, exceptional communication skills, and familiarity with HR software. The position offers a salary of ₹25,00.00 – ₹41,724.94 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid sick time. Applicants must be able to commute or plan to relocate to Pune, Maharashtra.
