Job Description
In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment cycle, collaborating with management to identify needs and implement innovative strategies. Responsibilities include screening candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining a comprehensive database of records.
Requirements: 2-3 years of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with HR software. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of ₹10,248.70 – ₹41,724.94, plus benefits. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Mumbai, Maharashtra.
One year of IT recruiting experience is required.
