We are Sb Infowaves Pvt. Ltd., seeking experienced Customer Care Executives for the day shift. The ideal candidate sẽ have excellent communication skills in English and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities: Promote products/services, maintain business relationships, cold call customer leads, resolve complaints, and coordinate with team members.
Requirements: Fluency in English, basic computer skills, strong selling, and communication abilities, along with relationship management skills.
