Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Secretary for the Chancellor at Saveetha Dental College & Hospitals, SIMATS. Female candidates with a Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar.
- Assist in planning appointments and meetings.
- Ensure confidentiality of operations.
- Organize records for accessibility.
- Provide secretarial support to the Chancellor.
- Coordinate audits.
