Job Description
Sathyam International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our overseas customers. The ideal candidate will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely service.
Qualifications: any degree, minimum 2 years’ experience in customer support, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset. Experience with international customers or in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
We offer a full-time position with a salary of ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
