Job Description
Join our team at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts as a Commis I Chef, specializing in Indian Cuisine. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage kitchen staff, and ensure food quality and consistency. Collaborate with the Executive Chef in menu planning, inventory control, and staff training.
Responsibilities: Coordinate kitchen operations, uphold food preparation standards, monitor inventory, train staff, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen.
Requirements: 3+ years of culinary experience, a culinary degree, strong leadership skills, and a passion for food.
