Job Description
- Evaluate incoming complaint information and maintain records in the electronic database.
- Perform follow-up activities to gather additional information; analyze and trend complaint data.
- Determine reportability of complaints to government agencies and document complaint categories.
- Write investigation summaries based on technical product analysis.
- Ensure documentation is audit-ready per internal policies.
- Collaborate with various departments as needed during complaint processing.
- Understand the functionality/intended use of complex medical devices.
