Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Medical Scribe to assist our physicians in documenting patient encounters in real time. This role involves managing accurate and timely medical records, allowing healthcare providers to focus on delivering excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Document patient interactions in the EHR, record patient history, and maintain confidentiality as per HIPAA guidelines.
Required Skills: A Bachelor’s degree in a medical field, familiarity with EHR systems, and exceptional typing skills are essential.
Salary: ₹25,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
