Job Description
Location: Coimbatore and Chennai
We are seeking enthusiastic Malayalam-speaking Telecallers to join our team. You will engage customers via phone, provide information about our products/services, and address inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries.
- Maintain customer information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 12th pass; Bachelor’s preferred.
- 0–2 years of telecalling/customer service experience.
- Fluency in Malayalam; English/Tamil/Hindi is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹23,899 per month
