Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Gold Ornament Making team as Production Trainees. This position involves a comprehensive 12-month training program designed to teach you the skills necessary for crafting exquisite gold ornaments. After successful completion of the training, you will transition to a full-time role with competitive salary benefits.
Work Timing: Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM (Weekly rotation)
Salary: ₹15,00/month stipend during training, increasing up to ₹26,00/month based on skills.
