Job Description
Sanumas Solutions is hiring an Executive Secretary in Coimbatore (Full-time). Requires 5–10 years’ secretarial management experience, preferably in engineering services. Responsible for managing executive schedules, appointments, board meetings, travel and expense arrangements; drafting letters and emails; preparing reports and presentations; calendar and agenda management; follow-ups and project coordination; maintaining confidentiality and organized filing; acting as liaison with executives, clients and teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, presentation abilities and proficiency in office tools required. Salary ₹30,00–₹70,00/month.
