Job Description
Join Santamonica Study Abroad Pvt Ltd in Kanjirappally as a Customer Relations Associate. You will welcome walk-in students and parents, handle calls, emails and messages, schedule appointments, coordinate with counsellors, maintain CRM records, and assist with basic documentation and form filling. We seek proactive, customer-focused candidates with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Freshers or those with experience in customer service, front office or education sectors are encouraged to apply. Full-time, in-person role. Compensation: ₹12,00–₹15,00 per month.
