Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing residential/commercial projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D designs
• Develop design concepts as per client requirements
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Site visits for supervision and design coordination
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and approvals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Photoshop
• Strong design sense and technical knowledge
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
