Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive (CRE/SME/Pickup Drop Coordinator) to join our team at Sanjay Hyundai.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make daily call attempts exceeding 150.
- Ensure a minimum of 100 contactable calls per day.
- Generate a minimum of 12 appointments daily.
- Conduct 3rd day follow-ups with a 95% contact ratio.
- Handle complaint forms and execute resolution processes.
- Perform drops uploading and escalation protocols.
- Communicate driver details to customers effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
