Job Description
Purpose: To train enrolled candidates (PWDs & Underprivileged Candidates) on communication skills, making them self-reliant to attend interviews and secure placements.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
- Design course materials for each batch.
- Train candidates in speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Utilize various teaching methods and tools.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain records of learner development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹21,017.76 per month
Benefits: Food provided, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, Provident Fund.

Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
