Job Description

Salt Studio seeks a Junior Fashion Merchandiser to manage supplier sourcing, material procurement, sampling and bulk production. Coordinate with weaver clusters and factories; negotiate prices, MOQs and lead times; prepare cost sheets; track procurement and production; ensure timely proto, fit and final sample approvals. Requirements: Diploma in Fashion Technology/Apparel Merchandising, 2–3 years’ experience, fluent spoken Hindi (mandatory), working English, strong fabric/production knowledge, Excel/Google Sheets. Full-time, permanent, in-person. Pay: ₹15,00–₹20,00/month. State notice period and last drawn salary.
