Job Description
Sainath Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Resident Medical Officer (ICU) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assessment and re-assessment of patients
- Informing consultants about changes in patients’ health conditions
- Following instructions provided by consultants
- Making entries in medical records
- Participating in healthcare safety and infection control programs
- Preparing discharge summaries
- Counseling patients and their relatives when necessary
- Implementing NABH policies and procedures
- Participating in audits and reviews
- Conducting mock drills and implementing hospital policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month
Schedule: Rotational shift
Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay
