Job Description
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Salary: ₹35,00 In-Hand
Shift: Rotational | 5 Days Working | Any 9-hour shift between 9 AM – 9 PM
Experience Required: 1+ Year in International Voice & Chat Support
Gender: Male Candidates Only
Hiring Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer queries via voice and chat with professionalism.
Deliver high-quality service while meeting productivity standards.
Resolve non-IT related issues efficiently and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (Versant Level 6 required).
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
