Job Description
Sagar Fabrics seeks a Resort Training Coordinator to lead L&D across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, Spa and Sales. You’ll design induction, service excellence and behavioral programs; deliver soft skills, guest handling, grooming, SOP and compliance training; create training calendars, modules, SOP manuals and e‑learning; assess effectiveness via audits, feedback and metrics; maintain training records and certifications; and support leadership. Requirements: proven hotel/resort L&D, hospitality service knowledge, strong presentation/facilitation skills, Bachelor’s in Hotel Management or Hospitality. Full-time, permanent, in-person. Pay ₹20,00–₹25,00/month; Provident Fund.
