Job Description
We are a premium resort-focused employer seeking a proactive Front Office Executive (OTA Specialist) to manage OTAs (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo), update listings, ensure rate parity and inventory accuracy, handle promotions, monitor bookings and performance, coordinate with reservations and front office, support corporate and group sales, respond to guest reviews, and analyze market trends to maximize revenue. Required: OTA management experience in hotels/resorts, strong channel management and rate strategy knowledge, familiarity with PMS, channel managers and booking engines, good communication, negotiation and analytical skills. Graduate in Hotel Management or Business/related field. Full-time, permanent; Pay: ₹15,00–₹20,00/month; Provident Fund; Work on-site.
