Job Description
SAEV PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Service Support professional to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls to customers to gather feedback on our services and interactions. You will be responsible for recording and summarizing feedback, escalating unresolved issues to relevant teams, and maintaining accurate call records in Excel or other data tracking systems.
Collaboration with internal teams to address customer concerns and preparing daily/weekly reports on feedback trends are key responsibilities. This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹12,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month, and expected to start on 26/08/2025.
