Job Description
As Female Hostel Warden, you will ensure discipline, safety and welfare of all hostel students, conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, mess and recreation spaces, and maintain logs. Coordinate with Xylem Learning academic and administrative staff for admissions, room allocation, maintenance and repairs. Manage attendance, visitor records, inventory and compliance with hostel rules; address resident grievances and liaise with management for resolution. Organize orientation, enforce curfews, safety protocols and emergency evacuations. Other reasonable duties as assigned. Full-time, permanent (freshers welcome). Pay ₹15,00–₹17,00/month. Benefits: food provided, health insurance, paid time off. Work Location: Remote.
