We seek a Quantity Surveyor experienced in building construction to manage estimation, billing and cost control across projects. Responsibilities: prepare BOQs, estimates and rate analyses; take site measurements (RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring); prepare running account and final bills; verify contractor/vendor invoices; prepare variation statements; coordinate with site engineers; track costs versus budget; support tender documentation. Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering. Permanent role, salary from ₹28,00/month. Benefits include flexible schedule, provided meals and work-from-home options when tasks permit.
