Job Description

Accounts Executive position.

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Accounts team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and handling day-to-day accounting operations.
• Duties include processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports.
• The Accounts Executive will assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves liaising with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required.
• The candidate should be capable of handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
