Job Description
As a Recruitment Executive at Route 44, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our in-house positions and esteemed clients. Your role involves connecting talented candidates with exciting career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer placement.
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, proven recruitment experience, excellent communication skills preferred.
