Job Description
Join our team at Rolls-Royce as a Guided and Interactive Troubleshooting Administrator. In this role, you will analyze product flaws, create troubleshooting content, and ensure timely content delivery to our service organization. You will collaborate globally with teams in Service, R&D, and the Training Center, and test products for consistency and quality.
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, 6-9 years of experience, and strong analytical skills. A background in internal combustion engines is desirable, along with programming skills in OTX and proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication in German and English is required.
