Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with user onboarding and offboarding, install various operating systems, manage Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, and provide both remote and onsite support. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing IT asset inventory, and ensuring endpoint security.
The successful applicant will have 3-5 years of IT support experience, proficiency in OS installation (Windows, Mac, Linux), and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, in-person position.
