Job Description
Join Roamsoft Technologies as a Customer Success Associate! You will manage client relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction with our products.
Responsibilities include developing customer-success strategies and communicating with senior managers to meet client needs. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers.
Annual Pay: ₹436,00.00 – ₹1,790,622.00.
