Job Description

RKS Tech-Ispat is hiring an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for full-time, in-person work. You will lead crane maintenance and oversee shift operations for loading/unloading, supervise technicians, perform electrical troubleshooting, schedule preventive maintenance, and enforce safety and compliance. Minimum qualifications: diploma or degree in Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering, 3+ years’ experience in industrial/crane maintenance, strong leadership and shift-rotation availability. Competitive pay: ₹15,00–₹45,00 per month. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: On-site. Ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and able to work under pressure.
