Job Title: Interior Designer (Execution & Design)

About the Role

Ritika Square is a growing startup looking for a “Hands-on” Interior Designer. We need someone who can not only design beautiful spaces on a screen but also ensure they are built perfectly on the ground. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle—from the first client pitch to the final site handover.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Design: Develop comprehensive 2D layouts and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Working Drawings: Prepare high-precision “Good for Construction” (GFC) drawings, including electrical, plumbing, and detailed carpentry sections.

Client Presentation: Create mood boards and material palettes; lead client meetings to explain design concepts and incorporate feedback.

Site Supervision: Conduct frequent site visits across Gurugram/NCR to supervise contractors and ensure execution matches the approved drawings.

Estimation & Sourcing: Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and source materials (laminates, hardware, lighting) from local vendors and hubs like MG Road or Kirti Nagar.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in Residential or Commercial interiors.

Technical Mastery: * AutoCAD (Expert level for 2D drafting).

SketchUp + V-Ray/Lumion (For high-quality 3D renders).

MS Excel (Basic level for project tracking and cost estimation).

Communication: Fluency in Hindi and English to effectively manage both elite clients and on-site labor.

Mobility: Must be willing to travel to various project sites within Gurugram.
