Job Description
RIGHT CHOICE BUILDERS is seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert leads into site visits or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Explain property features and pricing.
- Schedule site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain records of calls and feedback.
Requirements:
- Experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi.
- 12th grade education preferable.
