Job Description
Riddhya Concepts Private Limited is looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Care Executive to manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls promptly. You will follow communication scripts for various topics, identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide effective solutions.
You will also have opportunities to upsell products, build sustainable customer relationships, and engage clients by going the extra mile. Additionally, you will maintain records of conversations in our call center database and attend educational seminars to enhance your skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,164.52 – ₹27,740.65 per month

Requirements
