Ria Almera Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Patient Relation Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Patient Communication: Explain treatment procedures and address patient concerns with empathy.
• Patient Support: Assist in understanding hospital policies and appointment scheduling.
• Assisting Healthcare Providers: Support doctors during consultations and treatments.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle complaints and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Coordination & Documentation: Maintain patient records and facilitate inter-department communication.
• Professionalism: Interact with patients and families in a respectful and friendly manner.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month | Location: In person
