Job Description
Rhythm Kumarakom seeks a Guest Relation Executive to welcome guests, manage check-in/out, handle complaints, coordinate with departments, maintain records and bookings, assist VIPs, provide hotel and local information, monitor satisfaction, collect feedback and implement service recoveries. Full-time, permanent position; pay ₹18,00–₹22,00/month. Benefits include provided meals and provident fund. Work is in person at Rhythm Kumarakom. Ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and able to resolve issues swiftly to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
