Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Officer for our Modern Trade department at Rework. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of ₹40,00.00 – ₹60,00.00 per month.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Achieving monthly sales plans
- Collecting POs and confirming orders
- Outlet coverage as per the PJP
- Ensuring stock availability and visibility
- Maintaining share of shelf in the category
- Managing communication and shelf talkers
- Implementing FIFO management
- Overseeing POSM management and asset management
- Hiring and training promoters at store level
- Distributor management
