Job Description
Revensa Enterprises is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Thrissur office (Work From Office). Salary ₹15,00–₹25,00/month + incentives. Immediate joiners preferred. Responsibilities include chat support, inbound/outbound and order confirmation calls, coordinating with operations, logistics, warehouse and technical teams to resolve issues, maintaining CRM records and follow-ups, and escalating when necessary. Mandatory fluency in English and Hindi; strong verbal and written communication, multitasking under pressure, and basic computer skills (chat tools, CRM, email, Excel). Minimum 12th Pass/Diploma/Graduate; prior customer support experience preferred. Work hours 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Sunday off. Benefits: monthly incentives and cell phone reimbursement.
